Resources available to partnership teaching staff

Please note that you must have your Anglia Ruskin username and password in order to access these services.

These will be organised by your college HE Coordinator.

Our University webpages

Anglia Ruskin has a public website, and an intranet site called My.Anglia,

My.Anglia contains much of the information that you will require to help you to work with your Anglia Ruskin colleagues, including links to ourFaculties and Services, our staff directory, news and events.

Central filestore

Our University central filestore allows staff and students to share files and documents, securely.

The StaffData drive: is used by our Faculties and Services to share information. Access to relevant folders on this drive must be approved by the relevant University Faculty Dean or Deputy Dean. Our Customer Support Team will liaise with the appropriate Faculty on behalf of our partner colleges. Requests for access to our StaffData drive should be directed to our Customer Support Team by your HE Coordinator.

Instructions on how to access files and documents remotely can be found at

University Library Membership

You need to have an Anglia Ruskin Staff card before you can join the University Library. Your HE Coordinator will be able to arrange this for you and you will then be able to complete and return this form to activate your library membership. We regret that we are unable to offer library membership to private college partners due to licensing constraints.

Anglia Ruskin Universityís Virtual Learning Environment

Materials on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) are available to partnership staff and can be accessed at

Your HE Corodinator will arrange access to relevant modules on the VLE.

Anglia Ruskin maintains information about all of its students, including those in collaborative partner and joint venture institutions, in a student administration system called SITS e:Vision.

Staff and students can access relevant student data through a web-based interface called e:Vision.

Staff access must be requested from our Secretary and Clerks Office via your HE Coordinator, and a confidentiality agreement signed by your college. Access for staff is restricted to those with a strong business need.
