Accessing our IT / online services


Your college HE Coordinator will arrange IT access on your behalf.

Please discuss you access needs with your HE Coordinator.


IT access and passwords

You will need an Anglia Ruskin network login username and password to access many of our online services including My.Anglia, our Virtual Learning Environment and our University Digital Library. This can be arranged by your HE Coordinator.

Resetting your username and password

Once you receive your username and password, you should register with our University Password Manager Service at and set up a ‘Questions and Answers Profile’. This will enable you to reset your Anglia login password if it is forgotten or has expired. If you are not registered with the service and have forgotten your password or it has expired, contact our Customer Support Team on 0845 196 4357.

Never reveal your password or respond to an email requesting your password.
