University Arts Council

University Arts Council logo

The University Arts Council exists to enrich the cultural life of students, staff and the wider University community by providing financial support for, and encouraging involvement in, a wide variety of creative arts activities. Music, photography, drama, visual arts, literature, crafts, film, digital technologies, displays, workshops, performances, exhibits . . . and more. In fact, almost anything that involves creative arts!

You don't have to be an expert to enjoy singing, dancing, playing in a band, sketching, acting, writing, helping run a society or club -- or whatever taps into your creative energies. We believe strongly in getting involved, and hope these pages give you an idea of what the University Arts Council does and the support it can provide.
