Learn and practice techniques to help you stay calm, focused and better able to manage the normal stresses of student life:

Develop ways to deal with depression, anxiety, stress and body image

Try SilverCloud - an online resource that offers programs that you can complete on your own or with an online supporter. The programs consist of six to seven modules which can be completed at your own pace. Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities, applications and quizzes.

It is your space for thinking and feeling better. There are four programs available for you to complete on your own. They are:

  • space from depression
  • space from anxiety
  • space from stress
  • space for positive body image
