Anglia Ruskin Employability Programme

The programme is a fantastic opportunity for you develop a better understanding of your strengths, weaknesses and motivations. It has been designed to give you the skills and confidence to apply for outstanding graduate applications. The Employability Service will be here to help you every step of the way by offering feedback on elements of your portfolio.

Why should I do the Programme?

Competition for graduate level jobs is increasing. Stand out from the crowd by completing the relaunched Anglia Ruskin Employability Programme.

How does it work?

In order to complete your portfolio of evidence to achieve your Employability Programme Certificate you will need to work through six steps. Attend an induction session to find out more.

Accredited pathway
There is an accredited pathway to this programme, which means you will receive student membership of from the Institute of Leadership of Management as well as an endorsed certificate from them. To achieve this you will need to review your key strengths and areas for development that will improve your graduate job prospects and benefit employers. You will need to produce a written reflection of no more than 1,000 words.

Who can join the programme and how long will it take?

  • Any current student studying on one of our core campuses can complete the programme.
  • You can be enrolled on the programme at any time. You should complete the programme for review any time before the end of the 2nd semester of your final year.
  • Its recommended that you complete the programme over a period of time
