Food and mood workshops

Understand the relationship between what you eat and how you feel, including tips on how to incorporate healthy eating into your life.

Fitness consultations

One to one fitness consultations to improve overall health and wellbeing

Health and wellbeing fitness consultations are designed and offered to students to help encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. Sessions last up to 30 minutes and are led by a qualified instructor who will help students to create a personalised plan to help progressively challenge students in improving their health and increase levels of activity.

As part of our initial assessment with students accessing the Counselling and Wellbeing service, we will discuss students eligibility for accessing this service.
