Public Complaints Procedure

Anglia Ruskin University welcomes the support of the communities that it seeks to serve. However, from time to time things to go wrong and an individual or organisation may wish to complain about some aspect of Anglia Ruskin's activities, a member of its staff or one of its students. Procedures exist for members of Anglia Ruskin to make complaints and these are published within the organisation.

In all other cases, individuals or organisations are invited to send details of concerns or complaints to the Secretary & Clerk.

Normally these will be acknowledged within 5 working days and answered as soon as possible thereafter.
