Post-Award Management and Commercialisation is responsible for:

  • Increasing the focus on, and support for, post-award management
  • Enabling the collection of research management data in a consistent manner
  • Improving the ability to report on research management data to support developing business intelligence for the university and enable evidence based, strategic decision making
  • Improve risk management of research projects from a university perspective
  • Standardise post-award management process to provide increased efficiencies
  • Provide improved support for research commercialisation activities
