Business World: Integrated HR and Payroll System Now Live!

We are pleased to announce that the new, integrated HR and Payroll system has officially come into operation from today. The new Business World will provide improved functionalities and a superior user experience - the solution covers the entire employment lifecycle, and will provide self-service, streamlined HR processes and integrated records & data.

Visit our dedicated HR Goes Digital webpage at HR online to access a range of training, guidance materials to support you with carrying out daily processes in the new system. Here you will find useful information, FAQs as well as a link to the Digital Champions list to help identify your Champion, should you need peer support once we go live.

We are also offering a range of go live support arrangements should you need to help resolving queries/ issues, and face to face training sessions. Dates and venue details are available from Business World. Select Course catalogue under ‘Your development’, search for HRGD and then select the appropriate course type for your role.

EXPENSES PLEASE NOTE: With the launch of the new Business World, to claim expenses for costs incurred before July 1st you will need to update the position field under the Expenses Details section. For this, you must set the date first and then choose the position (this is the position in the drop down menu without a number at the end). For expenses after July 1st, please leave the position to the default value. If you have any issues regarding claiming expenses please log it on the Self Service Portal.
