Participants Required for an Artificial Intelligence Based Blood Pressure Measuremnt System Development

Do you have a spare 30 Minutes? If so, you are invited to take part in our research study to develop an artificiall intelligence based techniques that can estimate Blood Pressure from simple measurement of your optical photopletymograph (PPG) pulses.

This study does not involve any invasive procedure or drug and has been approved by the Local Research Ethics Committee.

The following measurements will be made at a time to suit you at Chelmsford Campus, Anglia Ruskin University.

• ECG – your ECG will be recorded by placing three ECG electrodes on your right wrist, left wrist and left ankle.
• PPG pulses – your arterial pulses will be recorded from fingertip.
• Reference systolic and diastolic blood pressures will be measured.

Eligibility: Aged 18- 60 yrs
