Walk All Over Cancer â Do 10,000 steps a day this June

Walk 10,000 steps every day in June to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Whether you walk to work, take up jogging or walk at lunchtime then join us in Walking 10,000 steps a day in June. Walking is a great way to stay fit, build your stamina, burn excess calories, gives you a healthier heart and protects you against a range of diseases.

Please see our Campus Sport Programme to see all the opportunities to get involved in such as the lunchtime health walks and jogging groups on both Campuses.

You can track your daily steps by using your smartphone or you can collect a pedometer from me (Please be aware there
are a limited number and are available on a first come first serve basis)
