Module Planning for 2012/2013

Module Planning Week ran from 13th-17th February 2012. If you are continuing to study in 2012/13 and your pathway offers a choice of designate modules, you should have made your choices in Module Planning Week. If you're not sure whether your pathway has a choice of designate modules, please check the module catalogue.  If you did not make your designate choices during Module Planning Week, your Faculty will select designate(s) for you to ensure you are enrolled onto the correct number of credits next year. We are now in the process of enrolling students onto these Faculty selected designates. If you still wish to submit late module planning choices you must get in touch with your Faculty Student Adviser as soon as possible. If you wish to view which modules you are enrolled on for next year, please see the 'my modules' section in e-vision. If you have not made your choices you may find that when your 2012/13 timetable is published that you have been timetabled for modules you had not wished to take. There is only a limited opportunity to make module changes at the start of semester, and you may find your request to change is not agreed so it is important that you ensure that you are enrolled correctly now ready for the new academic year. Thank you to everyone who made their choices on time. This information helps us plan the timetable effectively and helps us plan enough seminar groups and allocate appropriate rooms.

Can I make changes to my current timetable?

The deadline for requesting module or time changes for your 2011/12 timetable has now passed. The time change form will be made available again later in the year once the 2012/13 timetables are released. Please click here for further information about making changes to next year's timetable.

When will next year's timetable be released?

Your personal timetable for next year (academic year 2012/3) will be available for you to access on e-vision on Friday 27 July 2012. Timetables will begin appearing online from 18.00 onwards on this date. From Monday 30 July you will have the opportunity to make time change requests if you wish to try and change the seminars/tutorials etc that you have been allocated. For more information about the time change process, click here. Please do not email us directly with time change requests -you must wait until the online form is available before requesting changes. If you do email us directly you will be asked to complete the online form as we need to ensure you have sent all the information we need to process your request.

If you have any queries once you receive your timetable, please email them to timetabling@anglia.ac.uk. Please note that we will start answering 2012/13 queries from Monday 30 July 2012. We always aim to respond to your emails within 5 working days.

Updates to your timetable

The university endeavours to make as few changes as possible to timetables once they've been published. Occasionally, changes are necessarily. If we do make a change, we'll update your timetable and also e-mail your university e-mail account you to tell you about it. It's important that you check your e-vision timetable and e-mails regularly, especially before teaching starts each semester/trimester.

Regional Students

Please note that the information on this website applies to students studying on our Cambridge, Fulbourn, Chelmsford and Guild House (Peterborough) campuses. If you are studying at one of Anglia Ruskin University’s regional partner colleges, please note that we do not provide personal timetables for you on e-vision. Timetabling arrangements are made for you at your college of study, so please direct any queries there. We do enrol you onto your modules, and your college will send us information regarding which modules you will be studying, you do not have to send us this information.  General information regarding module content is available on the module catalogue.
