How do I log on to e-vision?

Click on this link: https://e-vision.anglia.ac.uk

What do I do if my timetable isn't available on 29th July?

We may still be working on your timetable. This may be because we have not have received your Module Planning forms or there may be a general problem with one of your modules. Check again in a day or two (in the meantime, you can look at the general timetabling information for your modules on the timetabling website www.anglia.ac.uk/timetabling ). If your timetable still has not appeared in a couple of days, contact the timetabling staff timetabling@anglia.ac.uk

When will timetables for new students be available?

If you're a new student, you'll be able to access your timetable via e-vision within working 5 days of completing the e-vision registration task. In the meantime, you can view the general timetable for your pathway and individual module timetables here: (this link is currently disabled but will be available once 2011/12 timetables are released on 29th July)

How will I know if the timetable or the room for any of my classes has changed?

We try to keep timetable changes to a minimum. If we do need to make any changes, we'll update your e-vision timetable immediately and send an e-mail to your Anglia e-mail address. It's a good idea to check your timetable each week because some modules have different teaching patterns from week to week and may change from classrooms to specialist space.

What do I do if I think there is a module missing from my timetable?

It may be because there are a small number of modules that we are still waiting to be validated. If you have a module missing please look on the module catalogue (www.anglia.ac.uk/modulecatalogue) and navigate to your pathway, to check if the missing module is awaiting validation. If there are modules listed which still do no not have complete module codes these will be modules still awaiting approval and this will explain why they are missing from your timetable. If the modules are compulsory or if you have completed a module planning form you will be enrolled onto these once they has been approved so please continue to check your timetable. If the module missing is not one of these modules then please contact us using timetabling@anglia.ac.uk and we will look into this for you.

What do I do if I've got a clash on my timetable?

There should be no teaching clashes between compulsory modules however we are not always able to ensure no clashes between compulsory/designate modules and designate/designate modules. If you have a teaching clash please contact your student advisor or programme leader to choose an alternative module.

What do I do if I think there's an error on my timetable?

If you think you have been put on the wrong module, contact the timetabling staff timetabling@anglia.ac.uk

Can I change seminar/tutorial groups?

If there are a number of available seminar/tutorials groups for your module, you may be able to swap between them. Please follow the Time Changes link in the menu on the left for further information (this link is currently disabled but will be available once 2011/12 timetables are released on 29th July)

What do I do if I want to change modules?

You can only change modules by completing module change forms. Module Change forms are available from The I-Centres (Cambridge: Ground Floor Lord Ashcroft Building, Essex: Ground Floor Marconi Building, Fulbourn: Victoria House). To change, you need the permission of the Programme Leader/Student Adviser responsible for the module you wish to delete AND the module you wish to add.

Please return the completed and authorised form to the Information Centres so we can implement the change and update your timetable.

The deadline for changing modules is the end of the first week of teaching:

Friday 23 rd September 2011 for Semester/Trimester One modules

Friday 27 th January 2012 for Semester/Trimester Two modules

Friday 8th June 2012 for Trimester 3 modules
