Anglia Ruskin has a public website http://www.anglia.ac.uk, and an intranet site called My.Anglia, http://my.anglia.ac.uk/.
My.Anglia contains much of the information that you will require to help you to work with your Anglia Ruskin colleagues, including links to ourFaculties and Services, our staff directory, news and events.
Our University central filestore allows staff and students to share files and documents, securely.
The StaffData drive: is used by our Faculties and Services to share information. Access to relevant folders on this drive must be approved by the relevant University Faculty Dean or Deputy Dean. Our Customer Support Team will liaise with the appropriate Faculty on behalf of our partner colleges. Requests for access to our StaffData drive should be directed to our Customer Support Team by your HE Coordinator.
Instructions on how to access files and documents remotely can be found at www.anglia.ac.uk/remoteworking.
You will need an Anglia Ruskin Staff ID card before you can apply for membership of our University Library. This will be arranged by your HE Coordinator.
Once you have obtained your ID card, you should complete and return this form to activate your library membership. You can then loan books from our University campus libraries and access our digital resources. Please read carefully the terms and conditions of Staff Membership when completing the application form.
We regret that we are unable to provide University Library membership to staff in our private college partnerships under our current licensing agreement. Private colleges may be able to purchase their own licenses to use our University Library resources. Please contact Penny King at penny.king@anglia.ac.uk for more information.
Library membership must be renewed annually.
Materials on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) are available to partnership staff and can be accessed at https://vle.anglia.ac.uk.
Your HE Corodinator will arrange access to relevant modules on the VLE.
Anglia Ruskin maintains information about all of its students, including those in collaborative partner and joint venture institutions, in a student administration system called SITS e:Vision.
Staff and students can access relevant student data through a web-based interface called e:Vision.
Staff access must be requested from our Secretary and Clerks Office via your HE Coordinator, and a confidentiality agreement signed by your college. Access for staff is restricted to those with a strong business need.
