IT support

Our Customer Support Team is available for staff related IT problems. They can help with forgotten usernames and passwords, advice on using our online resources and general 'how do I?' queries. Contact them on 0845 196 4357 or by email to itsupport@anglia.ac.uk.IT access queries and requests should be directed to our Customer Support Team via your HE Coordinator.

Our Student IT Helpdesk can help with similar student-related queries on 0845 196 6600/01 (+44 1245 686600 or +44 1245 686601 if calling from overseas) or by email at student-ithd@anglia.ac.uk. Our Student IT Helpdesk is available 24/7.

If it is not an isolated issue and is impacting on groups of students or staff, please report this to your HE Coordinator. Your HE Coordinator has access to an IT Business Relationship Manager who can investigate escalated problems on behalf of your college.
