This site has been updated to inform you of which modules your Faculty will be running in 2010/11.
Please note that some of the information on this site is currently subject to change while pathways are reviewed.
We have indicated which information is provisional - if this affects you, please re-check this site again at a later date for any updates. We will update this site as soon as new information becomes available.
URGENT! Module Planning - if you have yet to choose your module choices for next year, please view your pathway page now. If you need to make designate choices, please contact your student adviser. We will automatically enrol you on any compulsory modules that you need to study. If you are stuck overseas due to travel problems, here is an online form to help you complete your choices. It is vital that you complete this task as soon as possible so your timetable for next year can be produced.
Module Planning for 2010/11 – what next?
It is Module Planning Week from 22 - 26 March 2010. During this week you must select your designate choices for 2010/11.
Please navigate to the page for your campus, faculty and then pathway. On your pathway page, please read through which modules are running for you next year. If all of your modules are compulsory, you do not need to do anything further at this stage – Timetabling will automatically enrol you on your modules.
If, however, you do need to make designate choices, please see either your Student Advisor or Pathway leader. They will help you fill in a Module Planning form which should be handed in at your nearest iCentre. Timetabling will use this form to create your timetable.

If you are studying a pathway that combines two subjects, for example, Film Studies and History, you no longer have to check two separate pages to find the information you need. There is now one page for each pathway which combines two subjects. These can be found if you look under the department for the subject which is listed first. For example, Film Studies and History will be found under 'English Communication, Film and Media', not under 'Humanities and Social Sciences'. The timetabling team are making these new pages available as soon as this new information becomes available during the revalidation process.
