Below you can see a list of the most frequently asked questions from students regarding their e-Vision accounts.

- What is e-Vision?
e-Vision is a facility for Anglia Ruskin University students to access their student record via the web.
By logging into your e-Vision account you can access the following information:
- Personal and contact details - which you can update online
- List of your registered modules
- Timetable information - including exam timetables
- Assignment coversheets
- Module results - which are available as soon as they are published
- Details of final award
- How do I access my e-Vision account?
To log into e-Vision you need to go to the website address below:
Your first time login details will be as follows:
Username: Student ID number - 7 digits without the /1 at the end
Password: Initially set to 3333
After entering your login details the next screen will ask you to enter your date of birth - make sure that you enter it in the format shown: DDMMYY
You will then be prompted to change your password to a new secure password before accessing your account - your new password must be a minimum of 4 characters in length, and may contain letters and/or numbers.

- What should I do if I am unable to log in?
If you have any problems logging in contact the Library IT Helpdesk on your campus for assistance.
You can speak to them in person, on the phone, or by filling out the Online Query Form on the e-Vision login page.
The Cambridge helpdesk is located in the Mumford library and can be contacted on internal extension #2336, or 0845 196 2336 if calling externally.
The Chelmsford helpdesk is located in the Queens Building library and can be contacted on internal extension #3756, or 0845 196 3756 if calling externally.

- How do I access my results?
Once you have logged into your e-Vision account click on the Results View tab on the left hand menu to be taken to the Results View page.
You will need to read and accept the 'Important! Online Results' information window before you can see your results.

- How do I change my personal details?
Once you have logged into your e-Vision account click on the Student tab on the left hand menu to be taken to your student details page.
You will see links in the 'Modify Your Address' container to edit your current/home address.

You will see a link in the 'Student Related Information' container to view your timetable.

- How do I register online via e-Vision?
Once you have logged into your e-Vision account click on the My Registration link in the menu on the left.
Click on the 'Register online' link to begin the registration process.
Follow through the next 10 screens answering the questions as appropriate to complete your registration.
