Summary:
Be prepared to question your own or other's stereotypical assumptions and unacceptable behaviour. Familiarise yourself with guidelines for positive communication and language etiquette. Using appropriate language and encouraging your students also to do so, enables you to talk about sensitive issues without causing offence.
