What is include for IMPACT ?
Throughout TeachInclusive we have used the theme Include for IMPACT. Each letter of IMPACT stands for a different aspect of inclusive practice:
- Inclusion. General information and resources on the benefits of inclusive practice.
- Materials. Tips and resources to assist you in making your teaching materials accessible to all.
- Planning. Practical suggestions to help you in planning an inclusive teaching session.
- Assessment. Advice and resources to enable you to design flexible, inclusive assessments.
- Communication. Practical advice on a range of communication issues.
- The Classroom. Create an environment where all students are able to fully participate.
