Healthy eating

Eating the right type of food can make you feel better, give you more energy and could help you lose weight. Our Workplace Health champions can provide information on making the right food choices, alternatively you could use the links below.

Our Catering teams are keen to support healthy eating. They are working on reducing the amount of fat and salt and sugar in many of the dishes they prepare.

If you are ordering hospitality please take a look at the healthy option working lunch or consider the fruit bowl instead of biscuits and cakes.

Our Catering service has reduced the price of the Premier Working Lunch - Healthy Option on the hospitality menu to match the price of the standard working lunch.
