Late cancellations or attendance for only part of a workshop, can be extremely disruptive. If you cannot attend a session(s) you may send a substitute. However, if notification is received within 3 working days of the event and no substitute is provided, a cancellation fee of £50 may be charged to your department. Workshops which are undersubscribed may be deferred or cancelled at the discretion of the providing department.
On rare occasions, we may have to cancel a session with little or no notice. In the event of this situation arising we will endeavour to notify delegates before they arrive for a session and (where possible) reschedule the session. In these circumstances the £50 cancellation fee will not be charged.
