Equality & Diversity

Diversity in the Workplace - an E-learning Course
Provided by: Marshall ACM
More info: This course familiarises delegates with their legal rights and responsibilities as members of staff, and explains how issues of diversity and equality impact on work. The course includes links to news stories and articles on external web sites, and a range of case studies through which to deepen knowledge and understanding.

The course normally takes from an hour to ninety minutes to complete, and can be undertaken from any computer with Internet access. You do not have to complete it all in one session, or even from the same computer. There are quizzes along the way to test your understanding, and a quiz at the end which must be passed to enable successful completion of the course. Don’t worry if you do not pass at your first attempt; you can review previously read material and retake any of the quizzes at any time without penalty.

Colleagues who complete the Diversity in the Workplace e-learning course will have their success noted in their training record. This is done automatically by HR Services; you don’t have to remember to contact anyone.
