Welcome to the Registration webpage. We hope you find the information on this page both interesting and useful.

We look after the registration of students and the maintenance of student registration data on the student record system (SITS:Vision) throughout the year. We also administer the Anglia Ruskin Aspire Scholarship, Mandatory Bursary scheme and the Student Loan attendance task process. The Unit is located in Ashby House (3rd Floor) in Chelmsford and St. George House (2nd Floor) in Cambridge and comprises of 2 teams.

The Registration and Audit office (RAO) team who

• Undertake registration, re-registration and associated changes to student registration data (such as transfers, withdrawals and intermissions).
• Manage the input and validation of the student registration data on the first point of entry into SITS:Vision for all Faculties and Regional Partners / Collaborations.
• Manage the student data audit process in liaison with Faculties, and undertake student data validation checks throughout the year.

The Operations & Development team which includes the Scholarship and Bursary Officers who:

• Manage the Aspire / Cash back Scholarships and Mandatory Bursary payment processes and queries.
• Liaise with the Student Loan Company (SLC) in relation to courses and intakes that students can be registered on each year.
• Administer the student loan attendance task processes

Anglia Ruskin Scholarship & Mandatory Bursary

In line with its commitment to encourage progression and to reward success, Anglia Ruskin provides a non-repayable, non means-tested scholarship to full-time UK/EU undergraduate students on HEFCE funded courses who pay the full £3,375 fee (2011/12)

In addition students who met the above criteria and receive the maximum Maintenance Grant or Special Support Grant of £2,906 (2011/12) will additionally be eligible for the Anglia Ruskin Mandatory Bursary of £338 (2011/12)
