We take care of the buildings and properties, and this includes new developments, catering, timetabling, accommodation services and environmental management. We would like to hear any comments, complaints or compliments you may have – please let us know.

We gave you a sustainable travel guide, public transport discounts and are working with the local transport provider to ensure the park and ride comes through campus in April 2011. |
| You said you wanted more water fountains... | We have now relocated a number of existing water coolers and installed additional dispensers throughout the publicly accessible areas on both campuses. |

| You asked why the car parking attendants in Chelmsford ask you not to queue... | We explained that local authorities had spoken to us about the congestion we cause on the public highways and we agreed we would ensure that in the interest of safety queues would not be allowed to back up. |

| You let us know smoke was getting into the building from smokers using non-smoking areas... | We ask all staff and students to assist with this issue. Please ask people to move to the designated smoking areas. |
| You said you wanted better ventilation and air coolingin the library on Cambridge campus... | We installed additional air cooling on the ground floor, after assessing how well the air circulates throughout the library and whether the existing equipment is working to its full efficiency. We are putting in a range of other measures to improve air circulation. |

| You said you wanted clearer timetables... | We now produce our staff, room, module, pathway and student timetables from the same system so they all look the same and are easier to keep up to date. |
| You said you wanted earlier timetabling information… | We now produce timetables for the whole academic year in July/early August rather than timetables each semester/period, so you can plan ahead for the whole year |
