The deadline for making time change requests for this year‘s timetable has now passed. Please follow the class times given on your e-vision timetable.

Your personal timetable for 2012/2013 will be released on the 27 July 2012. Once timetables are released on this date, the time change form will be made available again and you will be able to request changes to all semesters/trimesters of your 2012/2013 timetable.

Deadline for time change requests 2012/2013: Friday of Week 2 Semester 1/Trimester 1 (Friday 5 October 2012).

What happens after I submit a time change form?

Timetabling receive a large number of time change requests at the start of semester, and as much resources as possible are channelled into ensuring you receive a quick reply. We aim to reply to your request within 5 working days, and sooner if we can. All changes are dealt with on a first come, first served basis to ensure everyone has a fair chance of making changes where they are possible. We will always email you to say whether your change has been possible. If it has not been possible, we will tell you why. Any changes we make to your timetable will be reflected on e-vision.

Can I make any changes after the deadline of the 5 October 2012?

There will be an opportunity again later in the year to request changes to your Semester 2/Trimester 2/3 timetables, but no further changes for Semester 1/Trimester 1 will be allowed after this date. Please note that if you make requests later in the year, options available may be limited, as many students make changes to their whole year’s timetable after it is released in July. This means many groups will be full.
