The helpdesk takes your requests for maintenance, porterage or cleaning. We also book car parking spaces, and in Chelmsford we issue parking permits. We are also the first point of contact for any comments or complaints you have on any of our Estates and Facilities Services.
The jobs that we can do for you relate to cleaning, classroom set ups, recycling, waste removal, lifts, heating, ventilation, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, grounds, glazing, painting, signage, keys and more.

We are open 8.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours, you can leave us a voicemail and we will attend to your message the following working day. For out of hours emergencies, contact Security who can call out relevant staff or engineers.
