When is the Facilities Helpdesk open?
- Monday-Friday 08:00am - 05:30pm
- Outside these hours a voicemail system operates and messages are attended to the following day.
How do I contact the Facilities Helpdesk?
What information do I need to provide?
- Contact details: name, telephone number and email address.
- Location of the problem: campus, building, floor and room number if applicable.
- Details of the problem or request.
What happens next?
- If you have provided us with an e-mail address you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail with a job reference number for further correspondence.
- Your request is prioritised using the information you have given and passed to the appropriate maintenance team.
How do I know the work has been done?
You will receive an e-mail and a link to a customer satisfaction questionnaire. We do appreciate your feedback as it helps us to maintain a high level of service.
What do I do if my request has not been dealt with?
Contact the Helpdesk quoting your job reference number.
