- We are your first point of contact for any enquiry via our counter service, website, telephone, post or email and we will strive to provide YOU with fast, accurate information.
- We aim to offer a friendly, efficient and responsive service to ensure we meet YOUR needs.
- To enable staff to be responsive to all YOUR queries, we will ensure continual staff development opportunities.
Values
- A sense of belonging.
YOU are important to us. We employ a diverse range of student helpers during Fresher's week and other intakes during the year to help YOU settle into University life.
- Supporting each other.
Our iCentre teams are ready to welcome YOU, and will endeavour to find a solution to any unanswered query YOU may have.
- Successful study.
Our aim is to make sure your studies are a success. If you have any concerns the iCentre team will help YOU as we have close links with ALL teams within our University.
