Reporting a Fault

If you would like to report a fault with message content please email: infoscreens@anglia.ac.uk or infokiosk@anglia.ac.uk.

The email subject heading should read 'message fault'.
Please state:

  • The screen location
  • The message/poster title
  • The first few words of the message body text or poster summary
  • Then please indicate the fault that you have seen with the suggested amendment necessary

If you would like to report a screen not operating or the information kiosk software is not operating please call: ISMS Support line on 4357.
