Welcome to Student Services,

We are here for our students. Everything we do is aimed at supporting student success – in the many forms that takes.

For students, we have a range of services for you designed to support, advise, enable your studies, increase your skills, help you find work or point you in the right direction if we can't help you ourselves. You are always welcome to ask – if we can’t help you ourselves we will know who can.

We also care about your overall experience while you are here at our university. We want you to have the best time possible and we work with colleagues across our university to constantly enhance what we offer. You’ll find that we are often asking you what you think, whether it’s by surveys, or in person or some other way and we take what you say very seriously. The results of all surveys and module evaluation are considered by our Corporate Management team and by each Faculty and Support Service and we change what we do as a consequence, so please do share your experiences with us when we ask.

But don’t wait to be asked! We want to know if you are having problems or difficulties with any aspect of your life with us as a student - whether you're on campus, off campus, full time, part time, an undergraduate or postgraduate - and we'll do what we can to help you, or to see if there is something our university needs to do differently to make things run more smoothly and help you to get the most out of your time with us. So please tell us - either in person or by email to tellus@anglia.ac.uk - and don't forget to tell us if there's something you really like so we can do more of it!
For colleagues, we are always happy to work with you in support of our students, individually or collectively. We collaborate across our university on a range of issues, initiatives and developments to make our university experience even better than it is.
