Online support with SilverCloud

What is SilverCloud?

For students and staff

SilverCloud is an online resource that offers counselling and wellbeing support programs that you can complete on your own or, for students, with an online supporter.

The programs consist of six to seven modules which can be completed at your own pace. Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities, applications and quizzes.

It is your space for thinking and feeling better.

There are four programs available for you to complete on your own. They are:

  • space from depression
  • space from anxiety
  • space from stress
  • space for positive body image

Additional modules

For students

Another option for our students is to have personalised guidance from a trained online supporter within the Counselling and Wellbeing Service.

Within the supported model we can increase the modules offered to include:

  • space from GAD
  • space from health anxiety
  • space from OCD
  • space from panic
  • space from phobia
  • space from social anxiety

We'll also offer you weekly or monthly review sessions.

To register for an online supporter please contact us by emailing wellbeing@anglia.ac.uk, call 01245 68 6700, 01245 68 6701 or 01223 69 8598 or visit us in either Helmore 341 or Tindal Building, 2nd Floor.

We run daily drop in sessions available at 11.00am to 12.00 noon on our Chelmsford campus, and 11.00am to 12 noon and 2.00 to 3.00pm on our Cambridge campus.
