Group support and workshops

The group work support programmes offer structured 4 week, psycho-educational opportunities to focus on specific areas of concern and are open to all students, pending an assessment.

Sharing your experiences with peers can be effective and provide a support network that otherwise you may not have.

The groups, co-facilitated by both counsellors and mental health advisors, have been designed in-house specifically to cater for the needs of Anglia Ruskin students.

Workshops

Our workshop programme offers a structured rolling programme of four weekly psycho-educational opportunities to focus on specific areas of concern and are open to all students. These can be attended individually or as a four week block which build on your skills and resources on a weekly basis.

Sharing your experiences with peers can be effective and provide a support network that otherwise you may not have. The groups, co-facilitated by both counsellors and mental health advisors, have been designed in-house specifically to cater for the needs of Anglia Ruskin students.
