Freedom of Information Complaints Procedure

Anglia Ruskin University aims to comply fully with its obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).  If you have any questions or concerns regarding Anglia Ruskin University’s handling of requests under FOIA, please contact Jackie Barlow - the University Records Manager who is responsible for ensuring Anglia Ruskin University is compliant with the FOIA.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your request for information you can contact us to ask for our decision to be reviewed by our Secretary & Clerk.

If you are still not satisfied following this, you can then make an appeal to the Information Commissioner, who is the statutory regulator for Freedom of Information.
