Anybody who is registered within Anglia Ruskin University should be given an account.
Your account is the one you use to login to the Anglia Ruskin University network, normally when you start your computer up. A username is usually your initials and a number, e.g abc12.
If you do not have an account please email a request to isms-support@anglia.ac.uk quoting your Staff ID Number. You will receive email confirmation of the Support Works reference number initially. You will be informed of the account details as soon as possible.
