Staff support

This staff support section of the ISMS website will provide you with all the information you need to help yourself, or receive assistance from the Customer Support Team.

You can access our online help pages or raise a support request at any time. You can talk to a member of the Customer Support Team during our opening hours.

The Customer Support Team operate between the hours shown below:

How to get in touch with us:

During opening hours

You can call us on 4357 (short for HELP). It's the quickest and easiest way to receive support. This is 0845 196 4357 from outside our University

At any time

Log a request for support via the Supportworks self service web interface
Fill in our online help form which will come through directly to the Customer Support Team
Send us an e-mail: isms-support@anglia.ac.uk

For major IT emergencies

In the event of a major IT failure outside of our opening hours please contact your Dean or Director who will be able to inform the ISMS Duty Manager, who is available 24/7.
