The Strategic Planning Unit comprises ten staff, led by the Head of Strategic Planning Unit (and Assistant Director of the Academic Office), Ashton McGregor, and is located in Ashby House (2nd floor) in Chelmsford and Abbeygate House (1st Floor) in Cambridge.
The Strategic Planning Unit supports Anglia Ruskin’s strategic planning process through co-ordination of the annual strategic planning cycle and the associated budget meetings, ensuring that the individual plans of Faculties and Professional Services are integrated and contribute to Anglia Ruskin’s Mission and achievement of the Corporate Plan. In fulfilling this role the Unit manages the provision of management information across Anglia Ruskin (including key performance indicators, benchmarking, statistical/database information and forecasting) to support the planning process and inform discussions and decisions of senior managers in Faculties and Professional Services
