The University is unable to provide replacement certificates for degrees gained prior to 1992. If you studied at Anglia Higher Education College, Cambridge College of Arts and Technology or Essex Institute of Higher Education Degree awards were then conferred by the:

If your original award certificate has been lost or damaged and you require a replacement please email awards@anglia.ac.uk.
A replacement certificate costs £35.00
An award certificate is an important official document and it is not possible for a student to be in possession of more than one for the same award. We will therefore require you to either return the damaged certificate or complete a declaration of loss. Under no circumstances will Anglia Ruskin University issue additional copies or a replacement to any applicant holding an original certificate.
Anglia Ruskin University reserves the right to refuse to provide a replacement or to specify the reason for this decision.
It is not possible for a certificate to be reissued in any other name that that held at the time the award was conferred.
If your original award certificate has been damaged you must return the damaged certificate to the Conferment Team, Assessment Unit, Anglia Ruskin University, Bishop Hall Lane, Chelmsford CM1 1SQ. Please email awards@anglia.ac.uk.
If you have never received your certificate please complete and submit the AO4 Declaration of Non-receipt Form
Your claim will be investigated as all certificates are sent by recorded delivery and are traceable via Royal Mail. Your certificate may have been returned to us. Please note that if your certificate is returned to us because you have not updated your home address we will make a charge to cover the additional cost of postage.
A final transcript of results is issued to each student following the Awards Board and is free of charge. All final transcripts are sent to the student’s home address as held on Anglia Ruskin University’s central student administration database.
Anglia Ruskin University transcripts are in the form of a European Diploma Supplement (see below for further information). This complies with the Bologna Process which requires all Higher Education institutions in the UK to offer transcripts that make it easier to compare qualifications gained in different European Higher education systems. This transcript therefore provides a translation of credits gained with Anglia Ruskin University into those defined by the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

We provide additional copies of the EDS Transcript. The cost is £10 for the first copy and £2 for each additional copy ordered at the same time. Please go to the Anglia Ruskin Online Store http://www.anglia.ac.uk/transcripts
If your award was conferred between 1992 and 1998 please email awards@anglia.ac.uk and we will let you know if we can provide a transcript of your results. The above charge will apply.A third party can be provided with the Conferment Team contact details for the purposes of verifying an academic award. Please note that we will not release any information without a signed authorisation from the candidate.
